POST FALLS, Idaho — The Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency Commission voted unanimous approval Nov. 20 to amend the Technology District Plan to incorporate additional estimated public‑infrastructure costs associated with the Prairie Medical Campus, and to forward the resolution and accompanying owner participation agreement to the Post Falls City Council for consideration Dec. 16.
The action, adopted as Resolution 2025‑08, follows requests presented to the commission during an Oct. 2 workshop by North Idaho Healthcare Holdings LLC. Staff said the amendment adds engineer estimates and a revised Appendix A of project costs to the district plan to reflect expanded public‑right‑of‑way and frontage work for collector streets identified in the city's transportation and sewer master plans.
