On scheduling, Chair Moon moved to change the December meeting date to Dec. 8 at 2:30 p.m.; a member seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. Committee and staff agreed on administrative deadlines: materials should be sent to Chair Moon by Tuesday, Dec. 2 so Mandy Brown can finish and post the packet Wednesday, Dec. 3.
