Prior Creek council approves consent agenda, accepts two abatement bids and signs audit engagement letter

The council also accepted two low bids from Custom Cuts Lawn Care to abate nuisance properties: $400 for 322 Southeast 4th and $595 for 422 South Bend. Members asked only brief procedural questions about the scope of debris to be removed before approving both awards.
All consent and bid actions passed on recorded voice or roll-call votes with affirmative responses from council members present.
