The Prospect City Council met Oct. 20 and approved the minutes from its Sept. 15, 2025 regular meeting after a motion and second recorded in the minutes. The council later presented a proclamation recognizing Harold and Anna Risen and declaring October 2025 as Anna and Norman Risen Day in Prospect, noting the family's donation of a bronze sculpture now installed in Little Pine Creek Park.
The meeting included routine reports from the mayor, finance director, and boards (forestation, investments, parks and recreation). With no further business, Council Member Berman moved to adjourn, Miss Claire seconded, and the council voted to adjourn.
