Staff told the commission the plan identifies the site northwest of the Meadow Branch Road/Meadow Creek Drive/Criders Church Road intersection and includes a proposed dedication of approximately 0.7795 acres of right of way to the city (along Buckshot) and about 0.68096 acres to Carroll County (along Meadow Branch Road).
