Council approves farm lease, equipment purchases, wastewater repairs and subdivision boundary change

A boundary-adjustment ordinance for the CHAS H Helms Subdivision Plat 2 was introduced with petitioner Brian Minzy present; staff said setbacks and lot-size requirements were met and a board of adjustment variance will allow parking in front. The council approved the boundary adjustment on second reading.
Council also approved an ordinance establishing the offense of disorderly conduct after workshop discussion.
