Wagoner council approves routine claims, contracts, budget amendments and a land settlement; votes to enter executive session on city administrator hire

Right-of-way dedication: Council accepted the dedication of a portion of Southwest 15th Street from BW Gas & Convenience Real Estate LLC (Alsips) after a survey showed pavement encroachment onto private property; the company agreed to deed the affected portion and to repave/stabilize affected areas.
