• Annexation of Lot 1 & 2, Branson 2nd Administrative Subdivision (Item 5): Staff recommended annexation (approx. 8.54 acres) to bring properties adjacent to city limits into North Platte. Motion by Commissioner Bain, seconded by Commissioner Davies, to recommend annexation; the commission recommended annexation. The item will appear for City Council review beginning Nov. 4, 2025.
• Annexation of Lot 13, Cody Landing mobile home park (Item 6): Staff recommended annexation of Lot 13 (approx. 2 acres; mobile home park); motion by Commissioner Bain, seconded by Commissioner Jett to recommend annexation; recommendation forwarded to City Council (scheduled for Nov. 4).
• City of North Platte DevCo housing project redevelopment plan (Mulligan Meadows, Item 7): Motion by Commissioner Jett, seconded by Commissioner Bain to recommend approval of the redevelopment plan and related resolution; the commission recommended approval and will forward it to City Council for public hearing on Nov. 4.
• City of North Platte 2025 annexation plan — East 6th Street (Item 8): Following extended public comment and discussion about utilities, nonconforming uses and equity, the commission voted to recommend that City Council not adopt the East 6th annexation plan. The plan will still go to City Council for final action.
