At its Dec. 2 meeting the Oak Creek Common Council approved a series of routine and consent items by roll call.
Key approvals included: acknowledgment and filing of the library salary-grade plan for 2026 (Resolution 12635); adoption of a resolution establishing various city fees, permits and charges effective Jan. 1, 2026 (Resolution 12637); approval of the 2026 regular combined council meeting calendar; appointment of election inspectors for Jan. 1, 2026–Dec. 31, 2028; concurrence with the mayor’s appointment of Carissa Acevedo to the Police & Fire Commission (term expiring April 2029); approval of a stormwater management maintenance agreement with Almag LLC for the Almag subdivision at 9025 S. Nicholson Road; acceptance of licensing committee recommendations; and approval of the vendor summary report for Nov. 25, 2025, totaling $729,352.37.
Most items were voted on with little debate; council members offered brief procedural remarks and expressions of thanks to staff. The actions were moved and approved by roll call as part of the meeting’s consent and regular agenda.
