Judge Wendy Rothstein of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas administered the oaths of office for Sharon Marino, Gail Plant, Rashida Randall and Thomas Santiago, each affirming support for the U.S. and Pennsylvania constitutions and pledging to discharge the duties of office with fidelity. The board then moved to officer elections.
