Summary
The Prescott City Council Subcommittee on Water Issues approved its Oct. 7, 2025 minutes with a correction: restroom water use in the nonresidential table was a transcription typo and should read 0.21 acre‑feet per year. The motion passed 3–0.
The Prescott City Council Subcommittee on Water Issues unanimously approved its Oct. 7, 2025 meeting minutes after staff identified and corrected a water‑use typo.
Brian Reese, the city’s water resources manager, told the committee the nonresidential demand analysis entry for a restroom at 218 North Cortez had been entered incorrectly and should read “0.21 acre‑feet of usage,” not the larger figure that appeared in the prior table. A committee member moved to approve the minutes with that correction, the motion was seconded, and the committee voted 3–0 to adopt the minutes as corrected.
No further changes to the historical minutes were requested. The approved correction will be reflected in the records that accompany the subcommittee’s recommendation materials to full council.
