Vendor ADVENT (state approved) supplied two quotes broken into parts; staff combined totals to $336,218.63 and said some existing STEM and conference furniture will be reused. A playground installation was scheduled to begin Thursday.
Repairs and timing: Operations briefed the board on storm damage repairs. For the high‑school greenhouse, an operations contact relayed a contractor’s timeline: waiting on anchor stirrups, then demo and concrete work (about one week) followed by a roughly 10‑day curing period before the greenhouse can be returned on site. Board members were told storm repairs are covered by insurance.
