Staff reported the phase is consistent with the preliminary plat, utilities are currently being installed, construction plans and stormwater plans have been approved, and that the final plat meets the city’s subdivision standards. Staff recommended approval with the conditions listed in the packet. The commission moved, seconded and approved the final plat.
The final plat approval allows the developer to create individual lots for future sale and development; staff noted required construction and stormwater approvals are in place prior to lot sales.
