Staff recommended approval with two listed conditions. The applicant or a representative (Kevin Parrish) was not present at the meeting; the chair commented, "It looks really, really nice. It's gonna really make that into Main Street sharp." A commissioner asked whether a sign permit would be required in the future; staff said they expect the applicant to return for a sign permit if needed.
The commission moved, seconded and approved the site plan as presented.
