A citizen, Terry McCracken, told the board that meeting materials showed an earlier package priced at $2,108,000 and ‘‘in reading the notes for tonight, I see that that’s now $1,800,000,’’ which she used to calculate an estimated $591.88 per square foot for a 3,200-square-foot building.
