Board honors Cromwell girls cross country and hears student reports from both schools

The Cromwell Board of Education opened its meeting by recognizing the Cromwell High School girls cross country team and their coaches after a standout season. Coaches and school staff introduced team members and noted that the team had won three of four invitationals, including the home Connecticut River Valley Invitational, and that senior Taylor Mooney set the Cromwell course record in 19 minutes, 37 seconds.
