Clay County approves supplemental budget moves and a slate of contracts, permits and procurement actions

Licenses and other notices: The commission approved annual liquor license renewals on a combined motion and reviewed a notification letter about a forthcoming prize giveaway/raffle, noting statutory notice requirements.
