Miss Dana Mosley presented a facilities proposal to replace legacy scoreboards at the Lady Tiger Field, Tiger Field and several auxiliary gyms. She said current boards suffer from burned-out lights, outdated mixers and malfunctioning speakers, and recommended Watchfire as the vendor for replacement units.
Mosley showed pictures of existing boards and listed a total vendor cost tied to Watchfire. She said a purchase order for baseball and softball had already been released from the capital projects account and that funding for basketball auxiliary boards has been identified. Trustees asked no substantive operational questions and the item was placed for formal consideration at a subsequent meeting.
Next steps: staff will include the scoreboard purchase on the regular meeting agenda for final approval and contracting.
