The Tualatin City Council recorded the following actions during its October meeting:

- Ordinance 1453-25: Council adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 4-01 to adopt State of Oregon building codes by reference. Staff explained the move will align local code with OAR cycles and avoid returning to council every code cycle.
- Resolution 5924-25: Council adopted a food, beverage and apparel policy to comply with a May 2025 Oregon Government Ethics Commission advisory opinion; the policy authorizes the city manager to approve expenditures within adopted budgets.
- Ordinance 1452-25: Council adopted a 0.3% privilege tax on Portland General Electric Company; this measure passed with a single recorded dissent (Councilor Gonzales).
