The Hardin County Fiscal Court approved its consent agenda on Nov. 25 after a roll-call vote. Items grouped on the consent agenda included routine financial approvals, acceptance of roads (Foxwood Subdivision) into the county maintenance program, board appointments (library and extension board), personnel actions in 9-1-1, EMS and the road department, and several maintenance and service agreements (Vertiv battery backup maintenance; Stryker equipment service plans, including a ProCare power-load service plan and a Lucas/Lifepack field-repair service plan).

The court also approved minutes from the Nov. 10 meeting earlier in the evening. Clerk notifications and committee minutes were included in the packet and accepted as part of the consent agenda.

After the consent vote, the county clerk provided election-related reminders: filing deadlines for offices with a primary are Jan. 9 at 4 p.m.; offices without a primary have a June 2, 4 p.m., filing deadline; and Dec. 31 is the last day to change party affiliation to vote in a primary. The clerk directed voters to govote.ky.gov for registration and address updates.

Magistrates closed the meeting with committee-date reminders and Thanksgiving wishes; the court adjourned by unanimous voice vote.
