The Town of Goshen Planning Board received conceptual presentations on Nov. 6, 2025 for two warehouse projects on Route 17M and considered multiple related administrative items.
Soleimani Ready Mix / Salamone Brothers: The board acknowledged a letter dated 11/06/2025 from counsel confirming adjournment of the Salamone Brothers matter to the planning board's Nov. 20, 2025 meeting. The letter states counsel (Charles Gottlieb, Esquire) will appear at the later meeting, and the board noted the item will be on the next agenda.
Edward J. Lehi Drive Warehouse: The board considered a draft resolution for off‑site improvements associated with the Lehi Drive warehouse project but did not act because it is "awaiting response from the county department of health on their February review," said staff. The board agreed to hold the resolution until the county's comments are received.
2659 & 2675 Route 17M projects: Members heard a conceptual presentation of a scaled‑down plan for two warehouses (2659 Route 17M M Development and 2675 Route 17M Development). The chair emphasized this was a conceptual update, not a public hearing; public comment will be provided when the projects are formally scheduled before the zoning board of appeals.
What happens next: The Soleimani/Salamone Brothers item will return on Nov. 20, 2025; the Lehi Drive resolution remains on hold pending the county health review; the Route 17M projects will come forward for formal hearings at later stages.
