Matt Robson of the LA Group presented the revision, saying it would “be moving, 42 parking spaces, putting in 2 buildings, 1 with 20, 1 with 28 units.” The applicant described new sanitary infrastructure, including a pump station and force main to serve the additional units, and said water service will be tied to Hanger Road. Board members pressed the applicant on sewer capacity, trash/dumpster enclosures and sound‑attenuation in wall assemblies; the applicant and present contractors described planned fencing around dumpster enclosures and potential wall construction changes to reduce noise.
Staff from the Department of Community and Economic Development recommended approval, noting the additional structures increase the project gross square footage by approximately 5–7 percent and that traffic impacts fall within the amounts considered during the original approval. A board member moved to approve the proposed site‑plan revision and the board voted unanimously to approve it as presented. The board reminded the applicant to comply with all required permits and codes before construction.
