The South Euclid-Lyndhurst Board of Education moved through routine consent and action items and approved minutes, finance reports, personnel changes and policy adoptions by roll call.
Minutes from the special meeting of Oct. 21, 2025, were approved (motion and roll call). The board approved financial items 4.1–4.9, including October financial reports, October investment earnings, two donations, 'then and now' purchase orders, a fund transfer for FY2026, an updated financial forecast and tax budget, and a business associate agreement with Fideli Group. The treasurer noted the financial forecast and tax-budget updates were driven by the recent levy result.
Personnel items approved included certified staff (5.1), non-represented personnel (6.1), classified personnel (7.1 and 7.2), supplemental contracts and unpaid volunteers (8.1), and student-services items (11.1–11.2). The board also approved item 12.1 concerning exceptional students.
The board adopted the set of board policies previously presented for first reading on Oct. 14, 2025 (item 13.3). Each motion recorded affirmative roll-call responses from the board members who were present. The meeting later moved into a brief executive session; the board stated no action would be taken during or after the session.
