General Counsel Scott Gordon presented the PPC recommendations and described the cases as defaults and professional-misconduct matters. Gordon explained eligibility to reapply varies by outcome: a felony conviction carries a five-year bar from the date of conviction, a misdemeanor typically requires one year or completion of probation, diversion ends eligibility while a person remains on diversion, and misconduct-only matters may carry no fixed wait.
Board member (transcript: speaker S5) moved that the board "deny the application in '25 PPC-24." The motion carried on a 10-0 recorded vote. The board then moved to revoke licenses in the cases listed as 25 PPC-18, 25 PPC-23, 25 PPC-20, 25 PPC-34, 25 PPC-33, 25 PPC-32, 25 PPC-31, 25 PPC-30 and 25 PPC-25; that motion also passed 10-0. Finally, the board accepted a voluntary surrender in 25 PPC-17 and revoked that teaching license by a 10-0 vote.
Gordon told members they could direct questions about particulars to PPC staff; the board thanked the PPC for their work.
