On facilities readiness, staff said the conditional-occupancy inspection is scheduled for Oct. 30 and that several items remain on a 90-day punch list; ADA signage and other temporary measures were being installed in advance. The board discussed catering options for the ribbon-cutting and whether to accept PrimeCare's offer to cater at no cost; staff will coordinate final plans and ordering volumes (board estimated an order of about 100 lunches for attendees).
