John, who spoke on Lightstar's behalf, said the company is "working with the utility company on the connection agreement" and is addressing "one final issue with the Army Corps on the wetlands issue," adding the delays are bureaucratic rather than substantive and that the company is "diligently" pursuing completion. Board members said six months is a customary extension period in similar cases and approved the request by motion, second and voice vote.
