The Bond Accountability Committee (BAC) presented its October quarterly report to the Portland Public Schools board on Dec. 2, reviewing bond-program status, reporting gaps, and recommendations for improved oversight.
Cara Turano, the BAC's immediate past chair, told the board the committee is comfortable with revised reporting forms so long as they include schedule, business equity participation and future project cost information.
