Sheriff outlines new grant applications, OCHN peer‑support funding and BTAM staffing changes

Commissioners asked clarifying questions about BTAM operations and referral pathways; sheriff staff described reporting mechanisms (forms, calls, emails) and how the team can advise schools and community partners.
