The Trophy Club Planning & Zoning Commission on Nov. 13 unanimously voted to recommend approval of an amendment to Planned Development District 27 and associated rezoning to permit an 18‑lot single‑family subdivision on about 7.603 acres north of Macquarie Street and Millicent’s Point Drive.
Matt Cox, the town’s director of community development, told commissioners the application from Foxwood LLC adds approximately 4.88 acres (plus about 1.359 acres for a gas well site) to PD‑27 and creates a new Lot Type 3a. Cox said the amendment would raise the PD’s total lot count from 223 to 241 and that the proposed lots in this amendment range from about 13,000 to 23,000 square feet.
