Board approves immigrant/refugee grant application and upholds executive‑session recommendation

The board recorded individual votes: Director Miles — aye; Director Jaime — aye; Director Weston — aye; and the presiding, unnamed board member (who had earlier indicated she was filling in for the chair) — aye. The board chair pro tem closed the meeting at 7:52 p.m.
