Utah County Commission approves several consent and pulled items, tables one and schedules closed meetings

- Item 10: Approved a temporary staffing plan to add two full‑time, grant‑funded health education positions; staff confirmed these positions are time‑limited and tied to grant funding and will end when grant support ends. Motion passed, 3–0.
- Item 14: Adopted a resolution declaring specified county personal property surplus and awarding it as a gift; staff clarified the item referred to a career duty weapon used in service. Motion passed, 3–0.
- Item 16: Approved a contract amendment with the (transcript: "Nevel") School District to modify a governmental‑immunity provision in a previously approved contract (original contract and $40,000 line item approved in 02/2020); staff said the amendment does not increase the $40,000.
