She said the project is tracking a construction completion figure of about 80% and that purchase orders and invoices for change orders are being processed. The contingency log includes a change amount transcribed as 6,500,000.0; project staff said change orders are under review.
The project team also reported coordination with a third‑party clinic that will supply furniture, fixtures and equipment for health services spaces, and noted kitchen layout adjustments being made with food services. On the track and field replacement, the design team received approval from the reviewer transcribed as “Bridal” for an impervious membrane/infiltration mitigation solution and will proceed with the updated design.
Committee members asked for plain‑language explanations of “color elevations”; a design representative said the team will provide 3D perspective sketches of key spaces so the committee can visualize finishes in context.
