Doctor Nielsen also reviewed multiculturalism items collected via a Google form, including classroom activities that highlight music, dance and customs from around the world, units on immigration and the civil‑rights movement, Spanish‑language cultural lessons and arts projects that encourage reflection on family background and values.
Administrators said these curricular activities are designed to foster student engagement, historical understanding and respectful participation in civic life.
