The assessor presented four comparables and condition adjustments that he said support the $924,000 aggregate assessment.
After questions about timing of sales, how remodeling was reflected in prior revaluations, and whether post-January sales should be weighted less, the board moved to accept the assessor's valuation. The motion passed on a roll-call vote; the clerk will issue a written determination and provide appeal instructions.
