Representatives for Campanelli and town planning staff updated the Select Board and Finance Committee on multiple street‑acceptance warrant articles scheduled for Town Meeting.
Russell Dion, speaking for Campanelli, said the developer submitted required materials in November 2024 and has posted funds to address remaining items that have arisen with spring weather and additional inspections. He listed the outstanding work as basin cleaning, monitoring basin drawdown to meet the typical 72‑hour standard, infrared seam blending on pavement, required easement and maintenance agreements drafted with town counsel and uncovering a gate hydrant that was paved over. Dion said the developer contracted a vendor to complete infrared seam work and is cooperating with DPW and the town engineer to close remaining items.
Planning staff told the committee that Tabor Road is ready pending CAD drawing submission and recommended pulling some other acceptances to the fall Town Meeting to allow a full growing season for vegetative work. Crown Shield Drive and Tea Party Drive retain unresolved conservation and basin issues and were expected to be deferred. The committee discussed procedural timing and the need for final filings with the registry of deeds following acceptance.
The committee thanked developers and staff for engagement and closed the public hearing to prepare recommendations for Select Board review ahead of Town Meeting.
