Select Board members discussed a communication breakdown between committee chairs and the alternates; one member abstained from the removal vote because he had not been present at the earlier related meeting.
All appointments and removals were recorded by roll call. The board encouraged continued volunteer recruitment for the town’s 300th‑anniversary planning and other committees.
