The Town of Uxbridge Select Board on Sept. 8 adopted a series of routine and substantive measures, including accepting the order of layout for Tabor Road, approving the intent to lay out Duly Lane and accepting the terms of a Massachusetts Clean Water Trust financing agreement for a water treatment project.
Selectman Brian Plasco moved to adopt the order of layout for Tabor Road after planning staff reported required drainage work and paperwork were complete and the planning board recommended approval. The motion carried on a roll-call vote with Selectmen Plasco, McMillan, Butler, Wise and Glasgow recorded as voting yes.
The board opened and closed a second public hearing on the intent to lay out Duly Lane and voted to refer the matter to the planning board for a recommendation to be included on the fall town meeting warrant.
