Finally, planning staff recommended canceling a scheduled July 15 public hearing for REZ23‑09 (Pulte Home Company LLC) because the applicant had provided confirmation it would receive required permits (Notice of Intent on 07/09/2025 and an LDP by July 14), thereby satisfying Condition 28; the board voted to cancel the hearing.
