The applicant, Sagar Kumar Patel, spoke in support and provided his business address; the board approved the item, noting it was vote-eligible and carrying the motion by voice vote.
Later in the public-hearing agenda, planning staff said the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) had cleared the comprehensive plan for final adoption after staff tweaks (typo corrections, work-program updates and clarifications to district language). The board adopted a resolution to transmit the Troup County 2045 comprehensive plan by voice vote.
