Troup County OKs permission to apply for rural transit and hazard-mitigation grants and accepts EMT training funds

The board approved permission to apply for the hazard mitigation grant by voice vote.
The board also accepted funds from a JEMSA EMT grant to fund EMT training classes, covering books and instructor pay, and approved accepting those funds by voice vote.
