Expulsion: Trustee Lawrence moved and Trustee McDougall seconded to approve a stipulated expulsion agreement for student 0626. The board adopted the agreement 5-0; under the terms announced, the student must not enter district school grounds; must not attend school‑sponsored activities; must complete coursework through the Horizons opportunity program; complete 15 hours of counseling; demonstrate a successful school experience (including earning a minimum of 45 credits and maintaining at least 80% attendance) and commit no further expellable offenses before readmission. The student trustee does not vote on expulsion matters.
