The Town of Uxbridge Planning Board voted July 9 to approve a special permit and the associated ANR for a retreat lot at 129 Elm Street.
Engineer Craig Holmberg of Allen Engineering Associates presented the plan and explained that the proposed retreat lot has at least 38.48 feet of length and exceeds the 30-foot minimum frontage required by town regulations; a septic concept and site plan were also presented. The board closed the public hearing after no members of the public raised objections during the live and Zoom portions.
A motion to accept the special permit and ANR passed by voice vote, and the board signed the mylar for recording. The planning staff will finalize the decision documents and record the ANR with the registry as required.
