Ramona Eversole, senior planner for the City of Stonecrest, opened the hearing and reviewed the purpose and rules governing type 1 home occupations under section 4.2.0.31 of the zoning code, including limits that no more than 25% of a dwelling or 500 square feet be used for the business and that no exterior evidence or customer contact occur at the residence.
