Commissioners framed the transfer as an administrative action consistent with line‑item provisions in the adopted budget. The motion to adopt the resolution was made on the floor and carried by roll call.
The board recorded several other routine financial items at the same meeting, including acknowledgment of a refund check from Prime Therapeutics for $27,922.56 and approval of a Title 2 CFR Part 200 cost‑allocation certification required for federal reimbursement.
