Rochester board authorizes contingency line of credit, extends custodial contract and approves legal counsel addition

The Rochester Community School District Board unanimously approved several financial and administrative items at its Oct. 6 meeting, including a resolution authorizing the administration to pursue state‑aid anticipation borrowing up to $16 million as a contingency, a four‑year extension to the district’s custodial contract with ABM of Troy that provides $100,000 in equipment, and an amendment adding Star Butler to the district’s approved legal counsel list for arbitration matters.
