Walton County board recognizes FCCLA students for state and national placements

He named Chelsea Davis, who placed first in the state and seventh nationally in teaching strategies; Elijah Pena, who finished first in the state and 12th in the nation in job interview; and Anaya Jones, who finished second in the state in early childhood education.
Board members and attendees applauded the students and were invited to take photographs. The superintendent and board thanked the students and staff who supported the FCCLA program. No policy or funding action was taken in conjunction with the recognitions.
