County moves toward acquiring school property for Station 14, seeks civil design contract

Jay Anderson presented a civil-engineering proposal from Harris Gray (quote in the packet: $64,000) to prepare the site layout, erosion- and sediment-control plans, GDOT permitting for two driveways on Roanoke Road (a state highway), and other documents necessary to put the building and site out for bid within 30–45 days after contract execution. Staff said the building design is complete and that the civil plan is the last major document needed to proceed to competitive procurement.
