Senate committee concurs with HB 514 after fiscal-note review of incarceration assumption

After brief committee discussion the sponsor closed the hearing. A senator moved to concur with House Bill 514; the motion carried with proxies assumed as yes and the committee concurred. The committee limited its deliberations to the fiscal note during the floor session.
