The Titusville Planning and Zoning Commission voted Oct. 8 to recommend City Council approve the Harbor Lakes East final plat, a 28‑lot single‑family subdivision that includes wetlands conservation areas, stormwater management and site infrastructure.
Staff said the final plat is consistent with the comprehensive plan, preliminary plat and prior approvals; staff also reviewed and recommended acceptance of required covenants and performance bonds. The site is north of Knox McGrady Drive and was approved in sketch form by City Council on Feb. 9, 2021.
Member Grama moved to recommend approval of the final plat and acceptance of performance bonds; the commission seconded the motion and conducted a roll call, with recorded yes votes and the motion passing. A commissioner clarified that approval would not, in itself, negate separate covenant requirements; staff indicated covenants would be placed in the record.
The recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final action.
