Committee member Steve Croto moved to approve the minutes from the September meeting; Russ Holden seconded and members voted in favor. Following the vote, committee members said they would submit the approved minutes to the town clerk for filing.
Members discussed avoiding meetings on the town’s third Thursday and agreed to hold the next meetings on Oct. 9 and Oct. 23 to maintain quorum and allow more time for parcel inventory work. Committee members also agreed to post a recruitment message on Facebook and contact potential volunteers so the five-member panel can fill its remaining seat.
The committee completed a small amount of other business (community outreach and plan fleshing) and then adjourned at approximately 7:40 p.m.
